Nani statement badly affects ‘Adurs’
First Reaction:
There were several developments taken place after the provocative statement made by ‘Adurs’ film producer Kodali Nani. Firstly, the Telangana JAC imposed a ban on film Adurs The screening of the film was stopped almost in all the districts of Telangana region. Politicians including his own party members has condemned his statements and demanded for an unconditional apology from Kodali Nani.
Tollywood disowns Nani Statements:
Tollywood Film Producers Association and Movie Artists Association (MAA) which met in the evening today has declared that it disowns and condemns such statements of its member Kodali Nani. Noted producer Tamma Reddy Bharadwaj said that producers like Nani should be expelled immediately from the Tollywood. Both, the Associations have declared that they are getting excellent co operation from all the political parties including TRS in Telangana region and condemn Nani’s statement.
New Twist by TRS:
TRS leader Harish Rao said that, “I came to know through some of my Tollywood friends that Kodali Nani has insured his film Adurs He made such provocative statement very calculatedly, so as he can irritate the people of Telangana and let his film obstructed by them, with which he is able to claim the insurance.”
Nani apologies to certain sections only!
Nani, who seems to be bowed to pressures, first tendered his unconditional apology to all the people including political leaders. But, when TRS leader Harish Rao and some others irritated him with their arguments, Kodali Nani restated the same provocative statement and denied to tender apology to TRS and JAC leaders. But, he tendered apologies to students and people of Telangana. Nani said that, if his film is obstructed by TRS or some others, he will knock the doors of the court to run his film in Telangana region. He expressed his confidence in the Government, Judiciary system and the police with whose help he said will successfully run the film in Telangana region.
Nani’s new invention& New Challenges?
Kodali Nani said that, now there are only two political parties in the state. One is Telangana party and the other is Samaikya Andhra party. All the politicians have to fall into either of these two parties, irrelevant of their mother parties. He suggested the Telangana leaders to demand the Congress high command and the Centre for Telangana state and not to blame leaders of Andhra region. He challenged them to cut the hands and tongues of the Congress high command, as did they warn the Andhra people and leaders.
